Tuesday - Jerk chicken with slimming world chips, corn on the cob and salad.
Wednesday - Turkey stir fry.
Thursday - Jacket potato.
Friday - Chicken curry with rice.
Saturday - Lasagna and salad.
Sunday - Sausages, mash, veg, Yorkshire puddings and gravy.
