The past week has been a busy one, I'm sure each week is getting busier. The meal plan went to plan last week which is great!! Eryn is really enjoying the food too (if it blends she eats it). This morning I had a Doctors appointment and it was great results looks like I have another medical issue to add to the list, meaning joining a Gym and getting as fit as possible is now top priority. So what are we eating this week:
Monday: Slow cooked beef with mash, carrots and peas.
Tuesday: Feta cheese pasta with jerk chicken.
Wednesday: Meatballs in a homemade sauce with spaghetti.
Thursday: Healthy fry up (yes it is possible).
Friday: Turkey skewers with homemade chips.
Saturday: Chilli with rice.
Sunday: Beef and bean hotpot.
